Together with the lawyer you have chosen we will go over the different possibilities of starting a US subsidiary. What legal form suits you the best, i.e., LLC. Inc or another type of corporation. 

This will include getting you into a meeting with a US-Dutch tax expert who will explain all the benefits of tax treaties and the relation to your company. 

On the legal side we also need a lawyer to go over contracts between you and your customers or you and your suppliers. This is a very important  aspect in the US!
