Market research

We start with an introductory, information gathering, meeting; could be in-person in the Netherlands or a virtual call. This is a no-obligation intake and brainstorming session. 

This is followed by an initial market scan where we do research to gather market data and we do product checks to review current competitors in the market and their price points. 

We share our findings in our proposal to work together. This will contain; 

• a market overview 
• our analysis of the possibilities in that market 
• proposed strategy 
• if it is retail, we have store-check pictures 
• suggested supply chain breakdown 
• relevant trade shows 
• budget & cost breakdown 
• our costs and commission structure 

In a second meeting we will discuss our findings and there will be a Go/No Go decision on our proposal. Every plan contains metrics and a timeline so progress can be measured, and goals set. Once started we can do more elaborate market research if needed, or you may have done one yourself already before starting on this journey. 

In general, we are not a report writing consultancy; we rather start executing the plans!
