- Followed by sample testing by retailer and in a next phase in a limited amount of stores
- We work with the top 50 US retailers that own 80% of the market
- Goal is to ship directly to Distribution Center (DC) of the retailer
Ground Up
- We tackle distributors in our network
- Service them from a local warehouse, smaller MOQ’s
- Using their salespeople on the road and offering promotions where needed
- This gives direct feedback from the market
- A higher upfront investment for catalogues, distributor shows and spiffs
We prefer to start with the first, Top-Down strategy and get a few “Anchor”-customers first. After that it is much easier to approach other distribution channels.
