When exporting food to the US you need to have the manufacturing plant registered and comply with all Food Safety modernization Act (FSMA)regulations. FDA is not interested in the brand or companies in between; this is all about the location where products are manufactured.

The FSMA rules are much stricter and need more work. Especially the FSVP part: 

• Now that the FDA is enforcing its FSMA rules we can help set-up a PCQI person at the manufacturing plant 
• We can be your FSVP agent in the US which makes us responsible for checking & auditing your plant 
• By using us as FSVP importer you avoid having your customer take on this role and you having to share everything about your plant processes, recipes & ingredients and worldwide complaints for your products
